Camera permissions require a Privacy Policy, Why?

    When I tried to upload the APP to Google Play Console, I'm receiving following messages. I would like to know the solution?

    1. Your APK must have the package name com.sonaquela.alp.
    2. Your APK is using permissions that require a Privacy Policy: (android.permission.CAMERA).

    "Your APK is using permissions that require a Privacy Policy: (android.permission.CAMERA)."

    Click on "Customize Permissions", select the permissions which you want to keep or not.
    If your App requires camera, you will need to share links of your privacy policy as per the Google Play developer policies.

    "Your APK must have the package name com.sonaquela.alp."

    It suggests that you are updating an existing app, so what's the issue, why not you simply follow the instruction when already given.
